The design concept is based on Thought Bubbles. Knowledge is a series of thought bubbles abruptly appearing on one side of the mind and then disappearing on the other. When we as a child, we are like sponges absorbing as much information soap as we can in order to blow out as many thought bubbles as we can. The more we read, the more thought bubbles our mind produces. The more we think about those thoughts, the more our intellectual bubble expands. The more we share those thoughts with others, the more we expand the society’s common knowledge. This public building, as library as a bubble, envelops the necessary materials from the past the the future and composes the necessary spaces to expand the bubble of common knowledge.

Our proposal is presented as a dialogue between past and future. The library today is not the only place you need to go to find information. Today, thanks to technological innovations, information is available in every household, on every computer, on every tablet, on every phone. This library space shall be a temple for contemplation of all information, as well as a place for the encounter, a place for discussion, a place for community.
